After “5 years of blood, sweat and tears”, local “oriental metal” band Across the Abyss has launched their debut album, Silhouettes of a Perfect World, the band’s first, and highly ambitious attempt to marry oriental and occidental sounds.
From touring around Asia to recording and producing their own album, Fall Of Mirra, a local progressive metal / hardcore band, has finally reached the pinnacle of what every Singaporean band hopes to achieve at least once in their musical career – having their own album launch.

Singaporean progressive metal/hardcore band Fall Of Mirra is having their official album launch for their new album “Circling The Wagons” on Saturday, 26th May 2012 at Emily Hill.
This is their second official album release ever since their debut EP entitled “Prelude To Destruction” in mid 2009. Since then, they’ve played shows at various venues in Singapore and also in other countries such as Malaysia, Korea and Indonesia.
The five–piece band is set to headline an impressive album launch with opening bands, Embrace Them Ghosts and Allegiance.
