The band is split in half – each camp on either side of the causeway. The members all hold full-time jobs, only moonlighting as rock musicians after they knock off.
ANECHOIS’ self-released debut EP, helmed by the sole engineering and mixing efforts of Asyraft (also a keyboardist and vocalist), deserves major props.
As we frolicked by the bay on manicured grass we have to admit the folks from In Each Hand A Cutlass (IEHAC) woke us up a little bit. On hindsight, they never would’ve let us lepak on a Saturday at Lepa(r)k anyway.
Admit it, on first glance you didn’t know how to pronounce their name either.
Nevertheless, ANECHOIS (say uh-neh-ko-is) is definitely one local band to look out for in the music scene, especially for all you post-progressive rock lovers out there.
