The band is split in half – each camp on either side of the causeway. The members all hold full-time jobs, only moonlighting as rock musicians after they knock off.
What do you get when you decide to put three bands from three continents – one that spends their time in different countries just walking, an almost tamed but definitely animalistic quartet and a 4-member strong lepak band hailing from this very island – together?

Adorned with shiny silver helium balloons and garlanded with soft decorative lights, the Home Club seemed like it was all set for a romantic evening for lovebirds. Only it was in fact far from that. It was set for a joyful affair for self-branded ‘spectorgaze’ outfit, Obedient Wives Club, for the official launch of their disturbingly-named second EP – “Murder Kill Baby”.
T’was a Friday night like any other, well except the fact that this Friday night was going to be filled with pop punk goodness at TAB. The Linch Agency was responsible for bringing The Wonder Years, a six-piece pop punk band from Pennsylvania down to Singapore for a show and for that, we thank them.
Judging by the crowd who turned up to see this teenage musician showcase his stuff, it’s pretty clear that the Singapore music scene has embraced 13-year-old Chris Jones AKA These Brittle Bones with open arms. Just one teeny tiny thing: the UK-born Singapore-based singer-songwriter is just 13.
