Got a need for some post-rock? OFFKEY presents Echolight (IN), Paint The Sky Red (SG) and Deepset (MY) at Aliwal Arts Centre on Saturday 3 Jan, 7pm! Tickets are $23 (standard) and $25 (door) and are available at offkeysg.peatix.com.
Battle away those pesky Monday blues with Tim De Cotta and The Warriors on Monday 12 Jan, 12pm at The Singapore Airlines Theatre, LaSelle College of the Arts! This Lunchtime Concert is free. Need we say more?
Part of Esplanade’s “All Things New” programme, TAJ will be playing at the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre on Friday 16 Jan, 7pm. This one is also free and it’s on a Friday so if you’re feeling some instrumental jazz hip-hop, check this one out for sure.
The folks at LivePod bring you Crossing Seas featuring Elephant Gym from Taiwan, NAO from Malaysia and our very own Sphaeras Tuesday 20 Jan, 7pm at BluJaz Café. 24 Jan – TAJ @ BluJaz Café First Floor
In case you didn’t get enough of TAJ at All Things New the week before, they’ll be playing another gig at BluJaz on 24 Jan at 9pm. Entry is free but anything from the bar is on you.
The Local People’s Art Week is back at the Singapore Art Museum on Sunday 25 Jan from 10am to 6pm. The music starts in the afternoon with Milliners’ Speech (1pm), Iris Judotter (2pm), The LIttle Giant (3pm) and Jamie Wong (4pm). Entry is free but anything sold at the market is cash only so keep that plastic aside! Check out their Facebook event linked above for a full list of the food and art and retail vendors.
